Eastport will allow only one type of pet per household after approval is obtained from the management office.

• One dog or one cat per unit (Cats and dogs must be spayed/neutered and up to date on vaccinations. Dogs cannot exceed a thirty-pound weight limit.)
• Birds (parakeets or parrots) must be kept in a cage at all times and limited to two per household.
• Fish will be limited to no more than twenty (20) non-poisonous fish in a tank with a maximum capacity of twenty (20) gallons).
